Where can I download the eRoam app?
The eRoam app is available for iPhone and Android through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Download it before your adventure so you're ready to roll.
How much does it cost to rent an eRoam eBike?
eRoam uses simple, pay-by-the-minute pricing. You're charged based on your rental time, so there's no need to commit to an hourly or full-day rental. Check the app for current rates before starting your ride.
How do I pay for my ride?
Payments are handled securely through the eRoam app. Add your payment method, unlock your bike, and your rental charges are calculated automatically.
Can I stop for coffee, shopping, or lunch?
Absolutely! That's part of the fun. You can stop and explore along the way. Just remember that rental charges may continue until you properly end your ride at a designated eRoam location.
